The project area is located in Milan between Viale Pasubio and Viale Crispi near Porta Volta. The building and 'consists of 6 levels above ground, plus two basement levels. The production system of the carrier fluids and 'advanced type able to obtain extremely high energy efficiency, through the use of groundwater as source. Type plants under construction:
