Hadid Tower, designed by architect and designer Zaha Hadid, spread to 44 levels with a total height of 175 meters, will be used for offices and will be 'able to accommodate about 3,200 people.

The new building of the Regione Piemonte, which will house the new seat of the Regione Piemonte, signed by the architect Massimiliano Fuksas, is a part of a general reorganization proposal for the development of Turin "Former Fiat Avio " and it aims to accommodate all regional offices in only one vertical building. It consists of three main elements, different in height , building characteristics and intended use : the tower (h 204 m ), in which are placed the regional offices, a court that includes support activities in the basement, a service center that houses the conference centre, the media centre and the library. The new tower , which will probably be the highest in Italy , with its 42 floors , is able to accommodate 2,600 employees and it is characterized by the most innovative techniques of energy conservation and environmental sustainability.
