Construction of a new receptive structure with 340 rooms, conference rooms, offices and spas.

The hot water for the space heating that are served by hydronic system, will not be produced directly on site but we will use the heat from a district heating plant which, through a heat exchanger, will transfer the needed heat energy to satisfy the technological systems to the benefit of the building.
