The building stands in the historical center of Turin, in the block of San Bartolomeo in Piazza Carlo Emanuele II. The building renovation works will allow the change of use destination from residential to hospitality. The gross floor area of the building is approximately 10,800 square metres, plus service areas and an underground car park that will develop under the courtyard. On the ground floor and basement are provided the main hotel services such as reception, bar, restaurant, conference facilities, shops facing the commercial Via Maria Vittoria. The system is made with cooled heat pumps with well water and recovery for domestic hot water.
