Originally a village - factory, today the village of Campione del Garda is at the center of an integrated project of recovery and enhancement. In a unique natural environment is in progress the fullfilment of buildings which ensures the highest standards of quality:residences, hotel and spas, commercial spaces in a total area of mq 105,000.

 It has been realized the " University of Vela Campione del Garda " , the new center of athletic training, which covers 6,000 square metres. The project is signed by the architecht Boris Podrecca and it is one of the most significant examples of eco -sustainability environment at European levels.
